Ingredients
1/2cupOnionsfinely chopped
1/2cupCapsicumfinely chopped
1/2cupTomatofinely chopped
1/2cupPaneersmall cubes
3tbspTandoori sauce
60gmButter
6Bread slice(White/Brown)
1tspChili flakes
1tspOregano
Salt to taste
Instructions
Take a mixing bowl and add vegetables- capsicum, onions, and tomatoes. Now add Paneer, salt to taste and give it a nice mix.
Sprinkle chili flakes, oregano and pour Tandoori sauce and stir well.
Apply butter on each bread slice. Put mixture on the bread with the help of a spoon and place another bread slice on top it.
Cut it diagonally in a triangle shape and serve it with tomato ketchup.
