Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Curd Chilled Fresh
  • 1 Mango Peeled and chopped Ripe
  • 6-7 Ice Cubes
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • In a mixing jar add chopped mango pieces, sugar and grind it to a puree.
  • Add chilled fresh curd, ice cubes and grind until you receive smooth texture.
  • Add water accordingly to dilute its thickness. Add about 1/3rd cup of water. Mix it with help of a spoon.
  • Garnish it with almond and pistachio flakes and serve chilled.
