Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion Medium Size Finely Chopped
  • 1 Capsicum Medium Size Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes Large Finely Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Coriander Finely Chopped
  • 1 Mango Large Finely Chopped Ripe & Juicy
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl add finely chopped onions, capsicum, mangoes, tomato, green chilies, and finally coriander.
  • Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle salt to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Transfer the mango salsa into a small bowl and serve it with Nachos chips.
