Poha Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rice Flattened
  • 1 Cucumber Small Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Small Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/2 Carrot Finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp Green Chutney
  • 1 Green chili Sliced
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Black salt
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a pan and add oil to it.
  • Add cumin seeds.
  • Next, add green chilies and roast it for 15-20 seconds.
  • Add Poha and on low-medium flame let it cook till it gets a crispy texture. It will take 4-minutes
  • Add salt and mix. Switch off the flame and keep it side.
  • In a large mixing-jar add pomegranate, chopped carrot, tomatoes, and cucumber.
  • Spice it up by adding black salt, chat masala and mix well.
