Heat milk in a pan.
Take out 2-3 spoons of Luke warm milk and let it cool down before adding 20gm of milk powder to it.
Add the milk and milk powder mixture to the milk in the pan.
Let the milk boil for a few minutes until the quantity gets reduced to half.
Add sugar and Thandai masala to the milk to make a syrup.
Remove the corners of bread slices and cut the slices diagonally.
Heat ghee and when it is hot, deep fry the bread slices till golden brown.
Remove on a strainer or a tissue lined plate.
Dip fried bread slices in syrup prepared earlier.
Garnish with almonds and pistachios slivers.
Serve immediately.
