In a bowl with Poha, add water and wash it once and strain it.
In a mixing bowl add chopped onion and salt and mix to release the moisture
Now add boiled peas, chopped chilies, and drained out Poha, again add salt to taste
Next, add sugar and mix all ingredients well.
Heat a pan, pour in oil, and once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, once they splutter.
Add peanuts and roast them on medium flame.
Add curry leaves, mix and turn off the flame.
Now add this tempering on the Poha mixture.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, grated coconut, and blend everything well.
The colorful looking dadpe pohe is ready.
